Wendy Conner of Coldwell Banker Premier Winchester is a dedicated faith-based Realtor & Broker serving the Shenandoah Valley region for 26+ years. As a devoted mother, grandmother, and dog mom who brings integrity and character to every opportunity helping clients with every type of real estate need such as homes, condos, townhomes, new construction properties, land, and farms. Whether it is a buyer who dreams of their first home, wants land to build, building a farming operation, downsizing, aging in place, or walking clients through the transition to a retirement community for the next chapter of life.
Education has been an important part of my 26+ year career, from obtaining the Buyer Agency Designation to graduating from the Realtor Institute, the next step was to receive a Broker license and manage my own business. Short sales Resource Specialist was next which has been very beneficial over the years. Serving the military and their families as a relocation specialist from 2013 to the present has been a very important part of my career. In 2020, I obtained the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation. As a senior, I want to assist others as we transition through aging in place, downsizing, and retirement community living. In 2022, I obtained the Global Luxury Specialist designation with Coldwell Banker. I am thankful and proud of the work that I have accomplished over the past 26 years and looking forward to assisting you and your families in the future.
